Our special guest today was Eileen Edwards, once a college roommate of our own Liz Gannon Graydon and now a minister in Canada. She took time to ground everyone deeply, and suggested that the world will be a better place if we eat together, pray together and hold one another’s children. Again, we had participants from all over the world — Haifa, Kamaroon, Canada — and the U.S. including Minneapolis where the events of this week have been especially difficult. The connections that people feel in the small groups are consistently rich and deep.
